Are your products really gluten-free?

Yes! Our "Free Yourself" line is 100% gluten-free. We use a proprietary blend of rice, almond, and tapioca flours with natural binders to create products that taste amazing without any gluten. However, please note that our NON-GFY products do contain traditional wheat flour.

Do you have a dedicated gluten-free facility?

We maintain separate production areas for our gluten-free and traditional products to minimize cross-contamination. All gluten-free products are prepared with dedicated equipment and undergo rigorous testing.

How do I pay with Lightning?

Simply add items to your cart and click "Pay with Lightning" at checkout. You'll receive a QR code that you can scan with any Lightning-enabled wallet. Payment is instant and secure!

How long do your products stay fresh?

Our gluten-free breads and donuts are best consumed within 2-3 days for optimal freshness. We recommend storing them in an airtight container at room temperature, or freezing for up to 3 months.

Do you offer shipping?

Currently, we focus on local pickup and delivery to ensure maximum freshness. Check back soon as we're working on expanding our delivery options!

What makes your gluten-free products different?

We've spent years perfecting our recipes to achieve the impossible: gluten-free products that actually taste and feel like traditional baked goods. Our proprietary flour blend and scientific approach means no compromise on texture or flavor.

Can I place a custom order?

We love working on special orders! Whether it's for an event, dietary restriction, or just a specific craving, reach out to us and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Are your products vegan-friendly?

While our gluten-free products are free from gluten, some do contain eggs and dairy. We're working on vegan options and will update our menu soon. Feel free to reach out for specific ingredient information.

Why does it say "Sold Out"?

We bake fresh every day with limited quantities to ensure the highest quality. Each product has a limited daily stock (typically 4 per item) that resets at 2:00 AM Eastern Time. When an item sells out, it will be available again the next day. We recommend ordering early to secure your favorites! If you see "X left today" that means stock is running low.
